TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Johannesschule primary school in Sundern (Grünewaldstr. 13, 59846 Sundern) wishes to expand its open all-day offer and also to carry out restructuring within the existing buildings. For the expansion of the all-day offer, a new 2- or 3-story building is to be constructed between the gymnasium and the existing building. The previously roofed open entrance area will be converted into a foyer with a post-and-beam facade, and the existing extension building will be partially rebuilt. The existing extension building is a 2-story solid/mixed concrete skeleton construction from 1982 on the ground and upper floors, and the 2nd upper floor was added in 2007 in timber construction. The ground floor of the new building to be constructed houses the social area for the gymnasium (equipment rooms, teachers' rooms as well as changing rooms, showers, and toilets). There is also a passage from the upper front schoolyard to the rear playground. Via this passage, a new staircase, the new social area, and the boys'/girls' toilets in the existing building can be accessed.
