Demolition of Building C: - Services: Clearing site, hazardous substance remediation, stripping out (gutting), demolition of the building, disposal - Hazardous substance remediation: - Removal of asbestos-containing sealing membrane approx. 750 m² - Removal of KMF-containing roofing felt and vapour barrier membrane each approx. 700 m² - Removal of KMF-containing insulation approx. 4,000 m2 - Stripping out (gutting): - Removal of screed/“estrich” approx. 1,750 m² - Removal of cladding made of wood - approx. 800 m² - Removal of materials containing gypsum approx. 1,700 m² - Removal of insulation made of EPS and polystyrene, polyurethane etc. approx. 750 m² Demolition: - Building C approx. 8,700 m³ enclosed volume Disposal: Reinforced concrete RC-1 to RC-3: approx. 1,300 tonnes Construction rubble RC1-RC-3: approx. 3,200 tonnes asbestos-containing sealing membranes approx. 12 tonnes KMF-containing roofing felts/vapour barrier membranes approx. 14 tonnes KMF waste approx. 30 tonnes gypsum-containing waste: approx. 30 tonnes reclaimed old wood approx. 17 tonnes
