TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a suitable contractor who coordinates the organizational, technical, and contractual handling of the bicycle leasing and ensures the involvement of an approved leasing company as well as suitable insurance companies. The aim is a legally secure, cost-effective, and user-friendly procedure with the lowest possible administrative effort for the contracting authority. The processes are to be carried out digitally, transparently, and in German. Employees and officials should be able to access a broad network of dealers, reliable insurance and inspection services, and comprehensive coverage in cases of premature termination. The start of the operational services is expected to be on 1 January 2027. The implementation and onboarding phase begins after the contract becomes effective. Between the contract becoming effective and the start of operational services, there is an implementation period of several weeks.
