TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building works (construction above ground) for the BUW involve a single-storey building with a crawl basement, founded on a ground slab made of wu concrete. The above-ground walls are essentially made of precast reinforced-concrete half-finished elements; part of the interior walls is also produced as full precast elements. The basement ceiling in the social area is also manufactured as a full precast element. The plant rooms are provided with an access-raised switchgear room floor (part of Lot 4), and the transformer rooms are provided with an access-raised floor with transformer cable routing rails and grating. The building ceiling is made of hollow-core slabs (filigree slabs) as well as screed/concrete topping.
