TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement contains the general framework conditions for the performance of tree care work, which the contracting authority may commission in case of need by way of "individual call-offs". Such an individual call-off then consists of an order letter and an informal e-mail/letter from the respective responsible case officer, including the exact details of what is to be called off, as well as an excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of the City of Essen, since the scope and the timing of the respective performance call-off cannot be determined in advance. The respective quantities are estimated based on the current order situation. However, it may lead to higher or lower quantities. The framework agreement relationship does not establish any entitlement on the part of the contractor to call off a specific minimum number of individual call-offs. In that regard, there is no obligation on the part of the contracting authority to accept.
