Description of the contract Description: The specific scope of services results from the service description attached as an annex "Development of a specialist concept for retail, services, and commerce within the framework planning as part of the urban development measure 'Ostfeld' in Wiesbaden". The described services relate to the urban quarter of the urban development measure Ostfeld. All services of service modules 1 to 9 are owed, insofar as they are not explicitly marked as optional services. The framework planning itself, the lead in developing the "Principles of Public Space," as well as specialist services for mobility, climate, water, and noise protection, are not subject to this procurement procedure. These will be commissioned separately by the client. The cost-effectiveness consideration of the overall measure SEM Ostfeld is the responsibility of the client.
