Description of the contract Description: The specific scope of services results from the attached service description "Development of a specialist concept for retail, services, and commerce within the framework planning as part of the urban development measure 'Ostfeld' in Wiesbaden". The services described there relate to the urban quarter of the urban development measure Ostfeld. All services of service modules 1 to 9 are owed, insofar as they are not expressly designated as optional services. The framework planning itself, the coordination in developing the "Principles of Public Space," as well as specialist services for mobility, climate, water, and noise protection are not subject to this procurement procedure. These will be commissioned separately by the contracting authority. The economic feasibility assessment of the overall SEM Ostfeld measure is the responsibility of the contracting authority. In case of discrepancies between these tender documents and the service description, the service description takes precedence.
