TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rationale and objectives: In the south of the state capital Wiesbaden, the development area of the urban development development measure Ostfeld is located. The approximately 450-hectare site is defined as the long-term development area of the state capital Wiesbaden and is to be developed for both housing construction and for services and commercial uses from an urban planning perspective. Approximately 100 hectares of the site are to be implemented for a settlement and commercial development in a spatially integrated location with connection to existing infrastructure. The remaining part will be retained as a landscape area. Within the approximately 80-hectare scope area of the planned zoning plan, the construction and expansion of roads and paths, the erection of a substation, the development of a development area of approximately 33 hectares, as well as various nature conservation and landscape management measures are planned.
