TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rationale and objectives: In the south of the State Capital Wiesbaden, the development area of the urban development development measure Ostfeld is located. The approximately 450-hectare site is defined as the long-term development area of the State Capital Wiesbaden and is to be developed for both residential construction and for service and commercial uses. About 100 hectares of the site are to be implemented for settlement and commercial development in a spatially integrated location connected to existing infrastructures. The remaining part will remain as a landscape area. Within the approximately 80 ha scope area of the planned zoning plan, the new construction and expansion of roads and paths, the construction of a substation, the development of a construction site area of approximately 33 ha, as well as various nature conservation and landscape management measures are planned. According to the current planning status, the planning area is to be designated as a special purpose area (sonstiges Sondergebiet).
