TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the project is comprehensive modernisation of the city’s information systems by installing a total of 10 digital, LED-based town entrance signs (LOT 1: city information display boards) at strategically relevant locations, and by renewing the displays in the parking guidance system (LOT 2: parking guidance system). The new systems are intended to be able to display up-to-date information such as traffic data, event announcements, parking occupancy information and safety-related notices in real time. All content is to be centrally managed and efficiently controlled via a single, user-friendly backend. In addition, reliable operating, service and maintenance processes must be ensured in order to guarantee a long-term, stable, economical and reliable operation. Overall, the project is intended to improve information and orientation within the city area, increase the city’s responsiveness and sustainably modernise the cityscape.
