TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of this procedure is the conclusion of a lease agreement for the properties described in the tender documents between the lessor on the one hand and the best bidder determined in the procedure on the other hand (short “lease agreement”). The leasing of the properties covered by the lease agreement is to be granted to a tenant who implements an attractive tourist lighthouse project (in particular operation of a tourist accommodation business including gastronomy and a bathing house) on the properties.
