TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns cleaning assignments within Skellefetå Municipality. The procurement covers cleaning services within six (6) sub-areas: Area 1 - Window cleaning Area 2 - Ongoing and recurring cleaning services Area 3 - Temporary cleaning services Area 4 - Floor care Area 5 - Environmental cleaning Area 6 - Move-out cleaning Bids may be submitted for one or more sub-areas. AREA 1 - 2 All bidders who qualify will be accepted. Presentation and interview will not be conducted for these areas. AREA 3 - 6 The client will select one (1) winner per area 3-6, which means that the client may accept four (4) different suppliers. Evaluation is based on the best relation between price and quality. As part of the quality evaluation, presentation and interview will be conducted. Implementation, assessment, and scoring are specified under each respective sub-area in the evaluation.
