TENDER DESCRIPTION

Since 2021, there has been a district office in the Neustadt urban renewal area, whose employees undertake the tasks of project development and project coordination in the Neustadt area in constant cooperation with the municipal project management in the Future Partnership Housing and Strategic Urban Renewal staff unit. The contract for the current district management ends in December 2026. A new tender is now being issued for the staffing of the district office until the end of the program duration.
