TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Bamberg therefore intends to award a framework agreement for printing services. This includes external printing and copying orders for the organisational units of the City of Bamberg, as well as delivery to them. Within the framework agreement, individual orders (purchase orders) will be issued in accordance with the provisions below. The framework agreement for printing services will be concluded from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The framework agreement is extended each time by a further year if it is not terminated in writing three months prior to the expiry of its term. For termination, written form (text form) is sufficient, § 126b German Civil Code (BGB). However, the framework agreement ends no later than 31.12.2028. In the first year of the contract term, the City of Bamberg may terminate the contract within the first six months without giving reasons (trial period). The service will be awarded by means of an Open Procedure (EU) pursuant to § 14(2) of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV), without these provisions becoming part of the contract.
