TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the purpose of implementing the low-temperature district heating network, the contracting authority is issuing the following five lots: - Lot 1: Network concept and district heating network optimisation - Lot 2: Technical due diligence and analysis of the existing network - Lot 3: Planning of the energy centre (including all heat generators within the energy centre to be constructed, including all associated plant engineering) - Lot 4: Planning of the district heating network (for distributing heat to the buildings to be supplied and connecting to the energy centre) - Lot 5: Project management. The subject of this tendering procedure is exclusively the planning of the district heating network (Lot 4). Full reference is made to the specifications of requirements, the cross-lot general project description and the contract. The contract provides for staged optional commissioning. Reference is made to Section 3.6 of the contract. At the same time as this EU notice, the EU-wide notice for Lot 3 “Planning of the energy centre” was published.
