TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is essentially the following logistics services: - Assumption of complete material management including scheduling, receipt, storage, distribution and return of all materials for the contracting authority (CA) - Archiving and provision of factory acceptance certificates (WAZ) and acceptance test certificates (APZ) required by regulations - Ensuring the supply of the service providers (external companies) engaged by the CA with the defined materials according to the material list - Ongoing review/update and coordination of the material list with the CA - Independent assumption of scheduling for the stored materials The contract has a term of 4 years with the option of two extensions, each of two additional years.
