TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender essentially includes the following logistics services: - Taking over the complete material management including scheduling, acceptance, storage, distribution and return of all materials for the contracting authority (CA) - Archiving and provisioning of factory acceptance certificates (WAZ) and acceptance inspection certificates (APZ) as required by regulations - Ensuring the supply of the materials defined in the material list to the contractors (third parties) employed by the CA - Ongoing review/update and coordination of the material list with the CA - Independent responsibility for the scheduling of stored materials The contract has a term of 4 years with the option of two renewals each lasting two additional years. Details can be found in the performance description (Annex 2b) as well as in the draft contract (Annex 2c).
