TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Nienburg/Weser plans the new construction of a Firefighting Technical Center (FTZ) in the industrial area of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement new building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The space program includes approximately 8,200 m² of usable area, as well as approximately 9,140 m² of outdoor areas – movement and training areas. A construction site of about 3.4 hectares is available for this purpose. The services to be tendered include: The building parts consist of a firefighting training tower. Support beams HEB 200 to 300 approx.: 23 t. Support beams HEA 200 to 400 approx.: 13.5 t. Support beams UPE 180; 220 approx.: 8.5 t. Base plates rectangular tubes connecting elements etc. approx. 3.4 t. Gratings in various dimensions approx. 175 m2. Stair system 18 flights of stairs with U-stringers and grating steps/landings including stair railing. Climbing ladder: 1 piece.
