TENDER DESCRIPTION
Manufacture, supply and installation of various steel staircases in the listed building, including starting and main stair flights, landings, railings, handrails and all associated connections. Execution of a straight zigzag staircase with an overall height to be overcome of approximately 30 m and a spiral staircase with an overall height to be overcome of approximately 10 m and two intermediate landings, connected to the existing ruin exterior walls, including the required fall protection measures. Including workshop and installation planning, detailed measurement on site (fine survey), and execution in accordance with structural engineering requirements. All components are coated in the factory; galvanized surfaces are prepared by sweep blasting and coated with 2K epoxy adhesion primer and 2K polyurethane topcoat, color shade NCS S8500-N. Local touch-ups are carried out on site. All components are installed outdoors.
