TENDER DESCRIPTION

Manufacture, delivery and installation of various steel staircases in the listed building, including starting and main run staircase flights, landings, railings, handrails and all associated connections. Execution of a straight zigzag staircase with a height to be overcome of approx. 30 m, and a spiral staircase with a height to be overcome of approx. 10 m and two intermediate landings, connected to the existing external ruin walls, including the required fall-prevention safety measures. Including workshop and installation planning, detailed surveying (“feinaufmaß”) as well as execution in accordance with structural design requirements. All components are coated in the workshop; galvanized surfaces are prepared by Sweepen and provided with 2K epoxy adhesion primer and 2K polyurethane topcoat, colour shade NCS S8500-N. Local touch-up work is carried out on site. All components are installed in the outdoor area.
