TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the complete dismantling of a cattle barn, a calf barn and two ancillary buildings on the property Külzauer Weg 4, 39291 Lostau, including decommissioning of hazardous substances, demolition of foundations and underground structural elements, recovery and/or disposal, and subsequent backfilling and site grading. Building dimensions: cattle barn approx. 75.75 × 21.75 m; calf barn approx. 27.30 × 15.25 m; ancillary buildings approx. 3.00 × 3.55 m and approx. 5.90 × 4.75 m, the latter with a deep cellar. Approx. 2,750 m2 site clearance and clearance of the construction area Dismantle, package and dispose of approx. 136 t of asbestos-containing fibre cement sheets from roof and wall claddings Remove and dispose of approx. 12 t of artificial mineral fibre insulation (KMF).
