Stand de Euskadi en FITUR 2027 y sus posibles adaptaciones a las ferias EXPOVACACIONES 2027 y ROUTES 2027

The contract duration is ten (10) months. The contract will begin on the next business day following its formalization. There is a possibility of one extension, which would also be for a duration of ten (10) months.

The core scope of work for this tender (Expediente nº: B2026007) is the contracting of services for the design, construction (under rental), transport, assembly, disassembly, decoration, equipment, commissioning, maintenance, storage, insurance, and complementary services for the Euskadi stand at FITUR 2027. This also includes its potential adaptations for the EXPOVACACIONES 2027 and ROUTES 2027 fairs. These services are to be performed according to the terms specified in the Particular Technical Specifications.

Key deliverables and aspects of the work include:

• Detailed design and explanation of the proposed stand, encompassing materials, furniture, lighting, ambiance elements, and the application of the "Meetings that Matter" brand manual.
• Integration and interconnection of all zones within the stand, ensuring organized access, visitor and professional flows, and avoiding interference between activities.
• Functionality of informative spaces, work areas, social zones, presentation areas, and media zones, with individual solutions for each.
• Development of a technological project that includes the "continent and content," integrated with the global stand design, structure, and staging to captivate visitors and create a positive viral reaction about Euskadi.
• Submission of duly dimensioned floor plans for the entire stand and its five zones, along with 3D infographics for each area, including a main view of the stand with the truss structure.
• For EXPOVACACIONES 2027 and ROUTES 2027, the scope includes the description of the stand, detailed floor plans and elevations, and 3D infographics, with optional virtual tours or videos.
