TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract award is the planning, delivery, assembly, integration, commissioning and full maintenance of portal washing systems for coaches at various operational locations of Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH (RVK). The portal washing systems will be integrated partly into existing buildings or plant structures and partly into new construction or renovation projects. The scope of services includes, in particular, the technical planning and design of the systems, delivery and assembly, connection to the interfaces provided by the client, commissioning, carrying out the contractually provided inspections and acceptances (in particular FAT and SAT), documentation, briefing and training of operating and workshop personnel as well as the full maintenance of the systems over a period of ten years from acceptance of the respective system.
