TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the tender is the planning, delivery, assembly, integration, commissioning and full maintenance of gantry washing systems for motor coaches at various operational locations of Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH (RVK). The gantry washing systems will be partly integrated into existing buildings or plant structures and partly into new or conversion projects. The scope of services particularly includes the technical planning and design of the systems, delivery and assembly, connection to the interfaces provided by the contracting authority, commissioning, carrying out the contractually stipulated tests and acceptances (particularly FAT and SAT), documentation, instruction and training of operating and workshop personnel as well as the full maintenance of the systems over a period of ten years from acceptance of the respective system.
