TENDER DESCRIPTION

TENDER REQUEST Stara, the City of Helsinki’s construction services limited liability company, requests your tender for rock excavation works for the period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028, in accordance with this tender request and the documents attached hereto. The procurement includes an option year for the period 1.1. - 31.12.2029. The option year does not bind the contracting authority. The contracting authority may separately propose to the contractor the introduction of the option period, however no later than three (3) months before the commencement of the option period, i.e. no later than 30.9.2028. The contracting party has the right to refuse the option period. The contracting party must accept or reject the use of the option period within two (2) weeks of the proposal to introduce it. No price adjustments will be made for the option period and the unit prices are not tied to any index. The unit prices are fixed for the entire contract period 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028 and also for the possible option period 1.1. - 31.12.2029.
