TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planned childcare facility is intended to comprise four groups. In addition to a nursery group, three age-mixed groups will be created. On the ground floor, there are two group rooms with associated ancillary areas and sanitary facilities, as well as an administration/management office and staff area. In the western wing, the dining room and kitchen are planned, as well as the movement/multi-purpose room, storage rooms and ancillary rooms. In the main entrance area, a lift (15 persons/1250 kg) and a staircase are intended to provide access to the upper floor and the attic floor. The upper floor will be divided into a southern and a northern area. In the south, there are two additional group rooms, differentiation and play areas, as well as sleeping areas. In the northern half of the upper floor, in addition to a family office, a therapeutic practice will be built. Additional emergency escape routes from the upper floor directly to the outside lead via a gallery/terrace corridor with an escape staircase to the outdoor area.
