TENDER DESCRIPTION
Extension of the following existing and currently operational safety-relevant systems at the Neues Palais: - Fire alarm system (FAS) - Intruder alarm system (IAS) Due to technological constraints, this invitation to tender includes manufacturer and product requirements for parts of the FAS and IAS. The use of manufacturer-specific FAS and IAS components is required to ensure reliable communication with the central systems in the emergency and service control room as well as in the intervention control center. Main services: - 2 sub-distribution boards as floor-standing cabinets - 660 m of electric heating tapes for roof/pipe/wall - 3500 m of strong-current cable in part along cable trays - 30 luminaire units, 50 installation devices - 300 m replacement of lightning protection air-termination systems on copper sheet roof - 25 new fire detectors, 20 new RAS suction systems - Adaptation/upgrade of the existing intruder alarm and fire alarm system, which currently monitors the entire property - Extension of the existing data network - Maintenance services
