TENDER DESCRIPTION

Extension of the following existing and currently operational safety-relevant systems in the New Palace: - Fire alarm system (FAS) - Intruder alarm system (IAS) Due to technological constraints, manufacturer and product requirements are specified for parts of the FAS and IAS in the present tender. The use of manufacturer-specific FAS and IAS components is required in order to ensure reliable communication with the central systems in the emergency and service control room as well as in the intervention control center. Main services: - 2 sub-distribution boards as floor-standing cabinets - 660 m electric heating tapes for roof/pipe/wall - 3500 m high-voltage power cables, partly as cable trays - 30 luminaires, 50 installation devices - 300 m renewal of lightning protection air-termination/grounding interception system on Cu sheet metal roof - 25 new fire detectors, 20 new RAS suction pipe systems - Adaptation/improvement of the existing intruder alarm and fire alarm system, which currently monitors the entire property - Extension of the existing data network - Maintenance services Extension of the following existing and currently operational safety-relevant systems in the New…
