TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Tampere requests tenders in accordance with this tender notice and its annexes. The competitive procedure is used to procure integration training in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Employment Services (380/2023) and the Act on the Promotion of Integration (681/2023). An open procedure will select one service provider with whom a framework agreement valid for an indefinite period will be concluded. The content of the procured service is described in more detail in the service description attached to the tender notice. The annexes to the tender notice can be found under “Annexes to the tender notice”. The estimated value of the procured service exceeds the threshold value referred to in Section 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (Public Procurement Act 1397/2016) for procurements under Annex E; therefore, the Public Procurement Act applies in the competition. The contracting authority will select the tender that is overall the most economically advantageous.
