TENDER DESCRIPTION

Location: plots 464 and 465/1, k.o. Lovreč Total area of the impacted zone: 1.085 m² Spatial-planning position: built-up part of the construction area of the settlement; zone A1 – narrower historic core and zone of archaeological research, protection level I; RK area – damaged urban unit / reconstruction; scope of the obligation to prepare the UPU. The project does not include enclosed spaces – the gross developed area (BRP) is 0, and the built-up area of the plot is 0; it is a green area arranged for horticultural and park purposes.
