TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the performance of roof remediation works of the Church of St. Donatus in Zadar, together with the development of an execution project on the basis of the Main Project “Project for extraordinary maintenance – structural remediation of the roof”, project designation 48/26, prepared by Studio ARHING d.o.o. for design and engineering services in construction, the main designer Juraj Pojatina, dipl. ing. građ., G 3870, in June 2026, and in accordance with the Special Conditions for the Protection of Cultural Property of the Ministry of Culture and Media, Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, Regional Conservation Office Zadar (KLASA: 612-08/26-23/0304, URBROJ: 532-05-17/2-26-2 of 11 February 2026), in accordance with applicable regulations in the fields of construction and protection of cultural property, and with the rules of conservation and construction professions.
