The contract timeline is as follows:

The agreement comes into effect on the date specified in the contract. The initial contract period is two (2) years from this effective date. The framework agreement is valid for 2 years from the date of entry into force.

After the initial two-year period, the agreement is automatically extended by one year at a time for a maximum of two (2) extension periods, unless SKR terminates the agreement at least 3 months before the initial contract period or the current extension period expires. This means the maximum total contract period is four (4) years.

The agreement automatically ceases to apply at the end of the initial contract period or the last extension period. It also ceases to apply if the total value of executed call-offs reaches 24,000,000 SEK excluding VAT, even if the contract period has not yet expired.

Regarding key milestones, SKR estimates that the contract signing can occur at the earliest on 2026-11-14. Call-offs are estimated to begin at the earliest on 2027-02-07. Each assignment under the contract should begin with a review of assignment conditions, scope, responsibilities, schedule, and delivery methods. The supplier must confirm receipt of a call-off request without undue delay, at the latest by the next working day, and then provide a decision on whether the assignment can be undertaken within two (2) working days, unless otherwise agreed. Assignments may only commence after SKR's written approval. Each assignment's execution must be regulated in a written call-off contract specifying, at a minimum, scope, responsibility, time, resources, activities, and financial terms.

The duration for individual assignments within a call-off is flexible; for example, a sub-delivery or completion must occur by a specified date or number of days for the client's approval, with final delivery within X days after any correction requirements. • Review, correction, processing, disclosure control, and analysis of data in accordance with accepted statistical methods.
• Establishment of databases/registers.
• Production of tables and table packages.
• Production of diagrams and maps.
• Production of interactive reports and visualizations, for example, using Power BI.
• Ability to produce municipality/region-adapted reports with key figures, tables, and diagrams accompanied by brief explanatory texts.

All tasks must be performed in dialogue with SKR's client or contact person to the extent agreed upon for each specific assignment. Deliverables must be tailored to the target audience of each call-off, regarding structure, language, and level of detail, to serve effectively as decision and analysis support. Furthermore, the supplier must utilize scientifically grounded statistical methods and adhere to the ethical code for statisticians and statistical activities.
