The subject of this public contract is the preparation of design documentation for execution of the construction works, the preparation of documentation for approval of the intention, including engineering activities, for the purpose of obtaining approval of the intention (hereinafter referred to as the “design activities”) for the construction and layout modifications of the building at the address Českomoravská 2532/19b, 190 00 Prague 9, which is, as building no. 2532, located on plots no. 3343/50 and 3343/91 in the municipality of Libeň and is entered in the real estate cadastre under Land Register (LV) no. 5351 for the cadastral territory of Libeň, with the Cadastral Office for the Capital City of Prague, Cadastral Workplace Prague. The supplier shall carry out the design activities using Building Information Modelling and information management.
