The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for the execution of the construction, preparation of documentation for the permit of the intention including engineering activities for the purpose of issuing the permit of the intention (hereinafter referred to as "design activities") for the construction and layout modifications of the building at the address Českomoravská 2532/19b, 190 00 Prague 9, which is located as building no. 2532 on parcel no. 3343/50 and 3343/91 in the municipality of Libeň and registered in the real estate cadastre under LV number 5351 for the cadastral area Libeň, at the Cadastral Office for the Capital City of Prague, Cadastral Workplace Prague. The design activities shall be carried out by the contractor using Building Information Modelling and information management.
