The subject of the public contract performance is mainly building modifications aimed at strengthening/reinforcing the existing roof structures of the buildings on which photovoltaic power plants will be installed. The contracting authority strongly emphasizes that the subject of performance is construction work, not the delivery of the photovoltaic power plants; however, for completeness of information and provision of full details, the project for the delivery of photovoltaic power plants is also part of Annex No. 3. The scope of performance is therefore defined by Annex No. 3b_Project construction (part of Annex No. 3_Project), Annex No. 5_Bill of quantities, and Annex No. 4_Draft contract.
