TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of documentation for demolition works including engineering services necessary to obtain a demolition permit, technical studies, consultation on the documentation solution for the authorization of the project (“DPZ”), and the preparation of project documentation for the execution of the construction works, including individual statements in the documentation part of the file with the relevant authorities and institutions, both during its preparation and after completion of the final version and its approval by the administrators and the contracting authority, within the scope of Stage 1 of the construction works, from Přemyslova Street to Husovo náměstí. As part of the performance, among other things, the contract includes preparing a demolition project for the existing buildings along the eastern edge of the street between Přemyslova Street and Kollárova Street, including securing the demolition permit. The expected scope and location are based on the study “Kotkova – Korandova Connection” from 06/2024, prepared by the City of Pilsen Concept and Development Unit.
