TENDER DESCRIPTION

Key activities: - Acting as an (hired-in) urban planner (preparing, advising and assessing) within the project organization (participation in internal and external project and working groups) and participation processes. - Independently seeking coordination with municipal specialist staff, both with the municipal urban planner (connecting to the municipal discipline), as well as policy disciplines such as Traffic, Ecology, Infrastructure etc. - Drafting relevant frameworks for area development, such as Image Quality Plan, Spatial Programme of Requirements (urban planning plan), plot passports and design of public space. - Ensuring urban planning consistency across the entire area development. - Lead coordinator for urban planning products, from theme maps to policy-setting documents.
