TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tendered service is the provision of various services in the areas of recruiting and job advertisements management, as well as recruiting trends in the form of job platforms, job ads and recruiting campaigns, and a multiposting tool for automation (job posting webshop). Further information regarding the subject of the service can be found in the service description (Annex 1) attached to the tender documents. The assignment of the services to be provided under this contract may, in addition to the contracting authority, also be carried out by secondary contracting authorities. These include all companies connected with Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH and/or its subsidiaries pursuant to §§ 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) as set out in Annex 6 to this contract ("secondary contracting authorities") and companies that emerge from these companies.
