TENDER DESCRIPTION

This operation is intended to design and carry out the works required to bring the wastewater treatment system of the City of Nangis into compliance, in accordance with the guidelines set by the contracting authority following the preliminary studies and the decisions of the steering committee. It forms part of the continuity of the Master Plan for Wastewater Treatment and the project management assistance mission, which made it possible to identify malfunctions in the wastewater collection and treatment system, to analyze their causes, and to define the most suitable technical solutions. The operation primarily aims to sustainably improve the hydraulic operation of the head of the wastewater treatment plant in order to limit discharges into the natural environment, restore operation that complies with regulatory requirements, and improve operating conditions for the facilities. The works will also need to contribute to strengthening the resilience of the wastewater sanitation system to rainfall events, while being carried out within an overall strategy for improving municipal assets.
