TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is sterile drapes and procedure sets intended for interventional cardiology, in accordance with the technical specifications stated in the Cost Sheet and according to this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement shall be delivered successively, at the request of the Contracting Authority, to the delivery locations, in accordance with the supplier’s bid, within a period that may not exceed 5 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the delivery request. By the final delivery deadline, all contractual obligations of the Contractor must be fulfilled. Goods are deemed delivered and the contractual obligation is deemed fulfilled at the time the goods are handed over and the associated procurement documentation is duly arranged and delivered to the Contracting Authority. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Contract. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months. The Contracting Authority has concluded contracts for the procurement of the subject goods for a duration until 14.10.2026.
