TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is landscaping and site works for the installation of structural wearing courses as part of the renovation of the listed historic Schloss Marienburg (construction phases 2.1 slope stabilisation and 2.2 South terrace). The services in particular include: - earthworks and paving surfacing, in particular in the area of the arcade walkway; - drainage works, in particular pipework DN 50. Works in construction phase 2.1 slope stabilisation: - works on reinforced concrete slabs (in particular 100.00 m2 PE separating sheet, fiber protection mat, drainage mat, studded membrane), supply of yellow sandstone; - earthworks and structural wearing courses; - drainage works; - wastewater pipes including up to DN100; - civil engineering/earthworks. Construction phase 2.2 South terrace: - disposal works. All work is to be carried out taking into account the requirements of heritage protection, the requirements of nature conservation, as well as the more difficult site logistics and accessibility.
