TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the completion of a new pavilion of the Central Intake of the Stod regional hospital. The new pavilion is designed as a two-storey building. In the underground storey, the base of the Emergency Medical Service of the Pilsen Region and the Hospital’s technical facilities are located. On the roof of the pavilion, in a set-back form of the II.NP, the HVAC plant room and air-conditioning are placed. The massing of the new pavilion continues from the existing entrance part of the hospital. The pavilion is founded on large-diameter piles, on which a reinforced-concrete skeleton will be implemented, consisting mainly of columns with flat capitals, supplemented by stiffening wall elements and the vertical structure of the lift and stair tower. The vertical load-bearing structures and the external wall cladding of the building will also be made of reinforced concrete. The façade cladding of the new pavilion is proposed with thermal insulation and a fine mineral render; the entire system, including layers and details and connections, is to be implemented in ETICS quality.
