TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of desktop computers for the purpose of equipping the e-classroom of the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Textile Technology. In addition to the procurement and delivery of the contracted equipment together with the associated documentation, the subject of procurement also includes equipment repair services during the warranty period of not less than 24 months, whereby the tenderer may offer a longer warranty period, which is scored in the criteria. The tenderer is expected to ensure the availability of original spare (reserve) parts for a period of 3 years, starting from the date of delivery of the equipment, and a handover-acceptance record will be prepared accordingly. Desktop computers that cannot be repaired at the place of use will be taken by the selected tenderer, at its own expense, to an authorized service center and the repaired units will be returned from the service center. All contracted and delivered goods must be new, unused, and in factory packaging. Goods that represent a prototype or a test batch may not be offered.
