Within the public procurement procedure, the provision of a construction supervision service is planned for the project “Extension and renovation of the University of Maribor Faculty of Health Sciences (FZV) building with the purchase of equipment in two phases”, taking into account environmental aspects, in two phases – the first part of Phase 2. The extension of the building will include construction and craft works and installation works, as well as the supply and installation of equipment, with the reinforced concrete structure to be carried out. Within the project, the construction of a four-storey annex is envisaged, intended primarily for carrying out the teaching process and providing premises for employees. The annex will be located on the north side of the existing building, in the area of the former two-storey north wing, and partly in the area of the existing courtyard and parking area. Based on the public procurement procedure, the University of Maribor has already signed a contract for the execution of the reinforced concrete structure of the annex together with demolition works.
