The contract is valid from the date specified in the Agreement. The service commences on the day the construction contractor is introduced to the work. The total duration for the execution of all contractual services is 880 days from the introduction of the construction contractor to the work. Additionally, if the construction contractor's deadlines change, there is an extra 90 days after the issuance of the Certificate of Completion of Works to the construction contractor. The duration of responsibility extends from the contract's conclusion until the final deadline for the completion of works, including the 90-day extension if applicable.
