TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender concerns the provision of maintenance services for the entry point and software libraries of the online system and portal, encompassing both design and programming services, along with the continuous availability of a professional team for software error correction. The technical environment includes critical systems such as IBM z/OS (sysplex), IBM Websphere Application Server (cluster), IBM DB2, IBM RACF, HCL Portal Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, Microsoft Windows, .NET Framework, Linux, and specialized smart card middleware and drivers. The contract has a duration of 36 months, with an estimated start date of December 30, 2026, or the agreement's signature, subject to a suspensive condition. Services are estimated up to 300 person-days each for design and programming over the contract term, to be ordered as needed.
