TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is services for the purposes of sustainability certification under the DGNB system. The contractor must be a licensed professional for DGNB certification, i.e. ''DGNB Auditor - DGNB reviewer''. For this investment, precertification is required with the acquisition of a precertificate (design documentation phase) and subsequently final certification (construction of the building) with the aim of achieving at least a silver DGNB certificate. The certification is carried out for the ''New Construction'' scheme in the ''Residential buildings'' area. The scope of work also includes the preparation of expert analyses for the purposes of certification, i.e. LCA and LCCA.
