LOT 1: Traffic facilities: - Traffic areas in accordance with codes of practice, guidelines and DIN standards - Preparation of preliminary planning variants (at least 2) with cost estimate; variants using a mixed principle and soft separation - Road drainage coordinated with the sewerage system: where possible, infiltration on site Engineering structures (sewer): The planning assignment includes the expert technical processing of the public drainage system in the extended ABK area “Quartier Schanze” (01.05.01). The extended ABK area includes three different information statuses in the individual sub-areas. ABK sub-area: foul and stormwater sewers are present; partly renew or, if necessary, refurbish North sub-area: foul water sewers are present and, if necessary, refurbish; establish stormwater outflow/overland flow Lot 2: Lighting The City of Detmold intends to rebuild Hornsche Straße in Detmold, between the “Neustadt” road and Leopoldstraße, over a total distance of around 250 m with two to three traffic light systems/intersections, or with a roundabout including pedestrian crossings.
