TENDER DESCRIPTION

A. Objectives of performance Road and parking area cleaning as well as winter service are intended to maintain the standard desired by the contracting authority, or the maintained external appearance of its property, taking into account the required traffic safety. All activities are carried out in accordance with the description of services (minimum requirement, frequency and, if applicable, procedures) and according to the applicable guidelines or the requirements and maintenance instructions. B. Rules, notes and information for the performance of services I. General description and provisions The roads, parking lots, driveways, ramps, stairs, access roads, large areas on the sites, footpaths and cycle paths, building entrances, gates, emergency exits, gas cylinder facilities and waste collection stations and public footpaths, as well as connecting roads, must be cleared of snow and ice in a traffic-safe manner and/or sanded using abrasive or de-icing agents.
