TENDER DESCRIPTION

A. Objectives of performance Road and parking area cleaning as well as winter service are intended to maintain the standard desired by the contracting authority or the maintained external appearance of its properties, taking into account the required road safety. All activities are carried out in accordance with the service description (minimum requirement, cycle and, if applicable, procedures) and according to the applicable guidelines and/or the requirements and maintenance instructions. B. Rules, notices and information for the performance of the service I. General description and provisions The following must be cleared of snow and ice in a traffic-safe manner or sanded with abrasive or de-icing agents: roads, parking spaces, entrances, ramps, staircases, driveways, large areas on the sites, footpaths and cycle paths, building entrances, gates, emergency exits, cylinder gas plant installations and waste stations, as well as public footpaths and connecting roads.
